What time are treatments available from in Qantas F lounge?

Hi,

I'm on an Emirates flight in F in September (booked on points if that matters) leaving Sydney at 6 AM. From what I know the F lounge in Sydney opens at 5, do they start treatments like massage etc then or is it later in the day? Shame I couldn't find space on a later flight would have been good to try out the F lounge a bit more!
