What does Fiji air offer QFF?

Hi
We are thinking about flying Fiji air as QFF. I knew they had a link with Qantas and we can use the lounge as WP. Are there any other benefits like seat selection or luggage?

You earn SCs even booked on FJ codes but caution, you don’t get lounge access flying out of Oz when booked on a FJ code unless booked in Business (eg QF WP flying FJ whY out of SYD = zero lounge. J ticket will get you into the QF J lounge or wherever FJ direct their J PAX to).

If you book the same flight with a QF code you get QF 1st Lounge access etc.

In NAN, I believe you get lounge access regardless.

Now. Things have moved on since 2023.

I’ve not tried but there are recent reports here of peeps getting into the SYD T1 QF F/J Lounges on FJ codes - presumably in anticipation of full OW entry (and easy for QF to relax the rules to let there own FFs in). I don’t recall seeing reports of other non QF OWE/S accessing the QF lounges on FJ codes - but that might be possible also…?

I've gotten in to the SYD T1 J lounge a couple of times on a FJ economy ticket, even when it was a slight pain for the front desk. I had to show my QFF card in addition to my boarding pass so they could correlate them properly... but no problems with access. (QFF Gold, btw.)
