Westpac KF December points transfer

Has anyone found any discrepancies with their December points transfer. I had 12K go through for the month (4k on 2 x Air Canada tickets purchased with plat. Amex = 6k KF points) with minimal business expenses, and ended up with 7.5KF points transferred to my SIA account. At a rough estimate, I think I am missing about 10K in points.
Who works out the points for the transfer, Westpac or SIA?? I will have to break out the calculator tomorrow and work out how many should have been posted.

In December my points went through the morning before my Westpac account statement was actually available online.

IME, the points are calculated by Westpac on your statement day. The calculation of them is based upon the 'eligible' transactions which appear on your monthly statement. Go online or check the front page of your statement to determine how many points Westpac 'purchased' from SIA for you.

Consider if all of the transactions accrued points ie no BPays, cash advances. Check into which billing cycle the transactions occurred. Hope that helps.
