Website issue - or hand baggage only fares coming?

I have a trip to Hamilton Island coming up in November. Just received an e-mail telling me that the outbound leg has changed. On investigating through MMB I find that we are now on a 717 rather than a Dash8. However the baggage section is showing no entitlement for either Mrs PK or I on the outbound leg but still 1 bag each on the return.
Spent 15 mins on hold awaiting for the call centre before getting cut off so hoping it is just another triumph for IT competence......

It's most likely a glitch in MMB. You will have a checked baggage allowance.

When you look in MMB the following is at the top of the baggage section:-

"Baggage is included with every Qantas fare. Frequent Flyer allowances are additional"

I assume you are flying from BNE, if you were originally scheduled on a Dash 8?

Last time I flew, the check-in agent mentioned that QF were considering upgrading the Dash 8 to a jet (717) in order to offer J class from BNE.

Thanks for the responses - I was being a little tongue in cheek but it could be unsettling if one hadn't read the comments on the booking pages that every QF fare includes a bag - plenty of full fare carriers have cahnged that in the past few years. Yes the flight is from BNE on a weekday but at the moment the 717 is an all economy version (fairly easy to change to add business at peak season though). The return at the weekend is still the Dash8.
