When booking flights on the Virgin site (full and mobile), I have now noticed this wording appear:

We will always do our best to get you to your destination on time.However, we do not guarantee flight times or schedules and they do not form part of your contract with us.

No doubt this is probably due to issues with flight changes.
 
I think you'll find thats been true for most airlines for some time, theyre just making it more obvious now.
