Awesom Andy, that begs the question - why have VA and JQ then cancelled flights to DPS ex or to Oz?

One can only speculate, but I'm sure there are technical reasons for this. Besides, GA (being the home airline) would probably know their terrain and geography much better than VA or JQ do.

There is currently no ash forecast over Australia and is under FL200 over parts of Indonesia. Although the volcano is still erupting, so there could be another large ash cloud later.
