VISA Card

Has anyone seen/known a visa card issued by visa itself and NOT through a bank or financial institution. The other day i saw this old lady has this VISA card with no bank LOGO..i kinda like the idea of having a visa card by visa... Anyone Any ideas?

All Visa cards are issued through financial institutions ( at least in AP )

I think you can get a generic Visa card in certain places. The U.S comes to mind, but I really am unsure.

IIRC, it's not really a credit card, but a gift card type of card. IE you load it up with $ and then spend it.


Did my research... Does any of these cards look familiar?
