Hi all,
Has anyone had any luck with the UpgradeMe by points on the wet lease flights?
I’ve been waitlisted since 1 July, and now flying in a couple of weeks and I’m wondering what to expect regarding timing. Are they likely to only dish out upgrades in the final couple of days prior to the flight, or should I write myself off and just assume it won’t happen? Interested to hear how others have found the experience!
(I’m Velocity Gold though hoping at a pinch to reach Plat before I fly, in case it bumps me a bit!)

What are the loads like and is your flight full?
I’d imagine they will only upgrade if seats aren’t sold so it might take until the day before for you to find out

Loads look good so far - gyoza and flightseats both saying “9+”. Economy less than 50% full too, so here’s hoping!

Is it possible to book multi city international flights on the VA web site? Wanted to book BNE-FCO & BER-BNE. Gave up and gave my cash to Qatar via their web site.
