Try calling 13 18 75. It’s officially the Gold FF number, but you’re not obliged to enter your Velocity number to confirm. Just got straight through. The general number kept just hanging up on me.

I rang the 136789 number yesterday, didn’t select option 1 or 2, and subsequently was prompted to enter my VFF no. (Platinum) and was answered within 3 minutes; no complaints
 
entire overseas contact centers have gone down during covid, there's months of customer enquiries backlog for some companies

the fact that some people have gotten through straight away despite that is pretty impressive
 
In WA not going anywhere except in the state. Our borders look like being closed for a long time. Haven't tried Virgin. With the bond holders stuffing up the sale Virgin seems a dead duck.
