Has anyone flown on Virgin Atlantic's J-Class?

I've seen some photos that look pretty interesting but would love some thoughts/comments from anyone who's flown it.

What's the deal? Better than CX? QF?

I haven't flown them myself, but i've had clients fly them, the most recent one about a month ago mentioned it was the best J she'd ever flown, and she flys J quite a lot.

I have flown it HKG - SYD and was very impressed - would definitely fly with them again. The staff were great and really seemed to be enjoying the flight as well and talking to the passengers. Food was so - so - have had better! AVOD was good and worked. Bed very comfortable - staff happy to make it up as soon as I was ready for it. PJs very comfy. Booked an appt with the massage therapist, but was asleep when my appt time rolled around, so I missed that.

Definitely a good option, good seat, good AVOD and other ammenities.

Not so good if you are travelling with a partner as you have a fixed partition between each seat.
