Have you received the email showing the pending points from the Apple store purchase? How long before you received it?

Purchased Apple Store Saturday 30th received email from Velocity on Sunday 1st!

I have not had the same joy with eBay,I have made many, many purchases with ebay in the past with no problems and quick to post as pending, but there has been nothing showing since this recent promotion. Anyone else having the same issue, I am confident it isn't my fault!

I've had the same issue. Was working fine before but the last 2/3 weeks there has been no pending points listed the few days after the transaction. I've only had low value transactions from eBay lately so haven't gone through the pain of chasing it up but I wouldn't be buying from eBay expecting a painless points haul at the moment.

Same problem with eBay here, made many low value transactions past two weeks and not received one email like I usually do with the "you've recently made a purchase with eBay"

edit: i bet it's intentionally broken to save them the higher 4pt/$ payout...

+1 here for me, 4 purchases through eBay and no notification at all... what's the bet they will just deny it?

I asked them to escalate the issue and also how they want to manage the retro claim for all my transactions.

Add me to the list of no pending points with ebay. I made a $600 purchase three days ago and still no pending email. I've probably made about 40 or 50 over the past 12 months and all but 2 have come through in 24-48 hours. I'm thinking something is broken.

The problem is going to be getting them credited. In the past I've spoken to the VFF rep here who's sorted it out, but I'm not sure if he/she is still floating around??

I just got confirmation emails for purchases made on 5th and 6th December. Still a lot missing before that. Not sure if was result of my email to velocity or coincidence.

Me too, just got 4 confirmation emails from eBay!! Anyone else? Is it something we said!

Received points from Austin Reed this week as well, from a purchase in August.

No dramas here. I purchased a few items on Ebay last week and got the email today saying the points will come through this month.

I searched for the items I wanted on the stock site, then entered the item number into the search bar of the site when going through the Velocity shop. I paid via bank transfer.

Just received email from Velocity regarding Apple store purchase. "Once verified by Apple Store Australia, your points will be approved and loaded to your Velocity account within 30 days of purchase".

It's the verifying that can take a LONG time. Once approved by Apple, IME, they'll appear in you account within 72 hours.

Has anyone tried to make more than 1 purchase on the same site, e.g. Ebay, in the same day? Do the points get credited correctly?

I just logged on to make a couple of purchases... fortunately I made some bigger tickets purchases a couple of weeks ago when it was still 4 points per dollar.

"Offer valid until 31 Dec 2013" and "was $1 = 1 point" suggest it's going further backwards at the end of the year.

It's back at $1 = 4 points now
I too noticed it said $1 = 3 points a little while back, fortunately I held off until it went back up
