Velocity Rewards - Unable to make bookings on Velocity Site

Just for everyones info, the velocity rewards site is having some technical issues and you are unable to book on the site or with Velocity itself.

I tried last night and have tried several times today as well as calling velocity and have been told there is a technical issue and try again later.

Saturday night and still unable to make a rewards booking on the velocity website. Not good!

Have done a little more digging and have found the issue is only with Premium Reward flights and it doesnt matter what date you put in, you still get the same message. You can book economy reward, economy savers, flexi or full price premium seats, just cant book premium reward - whats going on???

Upside: Hopefully they're upgrading the system to allow for more premium bookings! Downside: it may just be broken.

On a probably unrelated note i noticed that AirNZ flights weren't appearing in trans tasman bookings over the last few days. Working earlier in the week.

We are working through having this fixed up as soon as possible.

We don't have London bookings available through the Velocity Site just yet (coming soon).
If you phone through to the Member Call Centre they will be more than happy to see what reward seats are available.

All booked now. It appears that the site throws up the error "one or more of your flights are no longer available" when you attempt to book say for 3 people and there are only 2 reward seats available. It should just not show the seats as being available as when requesting your booking, you state how many passengers are flying. Anyway, now booked with 2 premium reward flights and one premium any seat flight.

Thanks to Velocity for there help on the phone today and their quick response to my email.
