Velocity Points Transfer - Reward Seat Booking issue

I transferred some points from my Amex rewards program during the week to book a reward seat, my account balance has the updated total for my point, which is enough to book the seats I want to, however when I go to "search & book" and try to book the seat, the old total is still there, which isn't enough points to book.

Anyone had similar issues recently? The last time I booked a reward seat I had no issues, not too sure why it's happening now.

I had the same problem a couple of months ago - apparently something to do with the velocity and virgin sites not talking to each other very well. It'll update eventually, but if you're in a hurry, call them and ask them to fix it.
