Over Christmas I had some 8 point bonus offer stays and only one I had to lodge a points claim but the rest came through, inc bonus, about 3 days after our stay. The one I made a claim on came through within 24hrs.

That's great.I used a mixture of IHG and others in eastern and panhandle USA took 8 weeks to get the points. Whereas when ever I fly Delta I get the points within 48 hrs- go figure!

Mine were over 4 months ago

i ended up contacting Virgin, and they said there was an issue between Expedia and virgin between September to December, and to email them the details

took a few weeks but points are now there

That makes sense because my bookings were in November and i only got the points for them last week.

My November booking for domestic hotel first week posted first week of December.

Check the Expedia app first. Some hotels had 20% of for member rate via the app only plus you get double Expedia points. Add in the 10% off MasterCard code and sadly no reason to book via VA
