Given VA hasn't offered DSC/TSC to the wider general public (not targeted) since May 2024, there must be an imminent one.

This is the first time (for me, from my memory and experience) that VA has partnered with a specific travel agent to offer promos? If this is indeed the first time, is this a signal that VA (and as an extension other airlines) might liaise with specific TAs to sell promos?

OTOH, is this the case of a specific TA reaching out to the airline and request, offer/sweeten a deal (or pay for) a specific deal/promo?
