Velocity delays in allocating points?

My amex points still haven't hit my Velocity account after 8 or 9 days.

Just fyi, Velocity's recorded message say they're are behind in allocating points.

If you're hoping to get the 25% bonus, maybe transfer your credit card points to velocity earlier than the 30/11 deadline

Edit: Velocity's csr says Amex had problems 'last week' which caused delays. The csr says to wait until 20 November - which is 2 weeks from when Amex say they sent my points. Will Velocity add the 25%bonuses if they get to V later than 30th November?

Velocity's csr says Amex had problems 'last week' which caused delays.

Due to a technical issue with servers at American Express, there was a delay in processing Velocity transfers between 6th and 9th November 2010. We apologise for the inconvenience, but assure you that this issue is now resolved and ALL Points have been allocated to Members accounts. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
