Various Hiltons/Conrads 3 nights for 2 with Amex Card

I noticed this today:

AMEX New Hotels Program - Global destinations. Complimentary nights. Brand new experiences.

Hilton Surfer's Paradise (and a lot of hotels internationallly) are offering 3 nights for the price of 2. In the case of Hilton SP it's using code PR45AX. Does this allow usual stay credits and Hilton Honors points?​

Same problem and I'm not really prepared to go ahead unless I know what the rate is. (especially since it is an AP rate and non refundable)

UPDATE.

I just found the T & C on the intro page. They say:

Stays are subject to applicable goods, tax and service charges for paid nights only. Offer details vary by property; see individual offers for details and redemption instructions. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used with any other promotions, special offers or privileges. Fulfillment of the offers is the sole responsibility of the participating American Express merchant.


I've just done several comparisons and for someone who uses HPC and is prepared to use AP it is cheaper to book the three days that way.

Best Available $264 X 2 = $528
Advance Purchase $211 X 3 = $633 minus 20% = $506
