I think most of us who've done both, prefer VA for C to C.

If I have a skybed I prefer QF, otherwise VA

I still find it funny that people expect VA to provide a polished service

Yes yes their lounges look pretty and their crew are generally more attractive than on QF but their onboard service is still a joke and nothing has changed

It seems VA can do no wrong with many of the outspoken members here.

In my experience which is usually from a business class seat, the on-board service experience I have received in my very few Virgin flights is atrocious. Why people stoop to unfounded justification of an obvious failing is beyond me, and I find it difficult to fathom that these justifications are coming from people whom claim to be "frequent flyers".

Perhaps Amateur Frequent Flyers would be a better term for those who want to berate and nay say each time a poor report of Virgin service is gazetted.
