Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

i received the same email ( WP ) 9 years of loyalty etc, but i manage my family's accounts, and my father in law received this offer

Is that new? I've not done it, but I thought Velocity members could upgrade with points on SQ? Or are they suggesting a discount over and above the norm and if so, to whom does the discount apply ... only recipients of that email?

It is not possible for a VFF member to directly upgrade on a SQ operated service.

There is the option to transfer VFF points to KF and then upgrade from KF, but only certain fares are upgradeable.

I got this email come through on the 16th December............ the first of my hand-picked offers. Shame it had already ended before I received it.

Velocity did actually send it on the 13th - but it was stuck in my Office365 quarantine for ~48 hours before I got the notification of the contents of my quarantine....

I've received another specifically titled "your exclusive offers" (or something like that). The con is, all my family members have received the same offers, just in different emails. Not quite sure where the "exclusivity" is, but I'm suspecting it is just confirmation that this is pretty much just another VA marketing scam. I'll wait and see, but it looks to me like it's all BS and they think we're all stupid enough to blindly believe it.

The offers are real enough, but they certainly aren't yet exclusive.
