I note in the recent news-email VA sent announcing all these changes, they use the term "enhance" to describe our experiences interacting with them.

Oh the irony of it all!

VAs "enhance" definition must be drawn from the exact same source as QFs "enhancement"!

If anyone didn't get it, here's the comment to which I referred:

Virgin Australia has transitioned to a new Sabre booking and check-in system in order to enhance the travel experience for our customers.

I got it in an email today too (emphasis mine)
