Just a little line in this article about Etihad: "The two airlines [VA and EY] are also planning to jointly build and operate a business-class lounge in Sydney"

Etihad's Australia service booms - The National

There have been various rumours about an international lounge for VA/ DL/ EY/ VS lounge in Sydney International. This seems to add to it.
