Did any have experience in using the cashback provided by AIA health when booking VA flights. As per the terms only the primary traveller will be provided the cashback but it does not specify anything about the kids as they won't have their own AIA vitality account.

Any pointers or suggestions greatly appreciated.

As you say, children can't be members of Vitality, and hence can't get the airline benefit. There's only one 'benefit' per trip per Vitality account currently.
