VA codes on EY 787 BNE flights?

Hi VFF,

Etihad's flight number into BNE changes on 01 Jun 2015, when they change to a direct 787 flight instead of the A330 stopping in Singapore.

Any chance you would know if/when a VA codeshare will be added for this service? It will let us check award availability on the VFF website, which is incredibly useful for planning trips. I realise this may be a little different, but it would also be very useful if a VA code was added to more EY flights - JNB, in particular for me!

I understand there is very little chance you can say anything publicly, but if it can be checked on internally that would still make me happy! Not as much as hearing about more of an alliance with SAA to allow points burn on their flights to JNB, but still .

I thought it was already on there, VA7123 for AUH-BNE, and VA7124 for BNE-AUH.

Ahah! It is indeed there now - it wasn't showing up in awards searches for me when I started the thread, but it is now! J award availability isn't bad either, from what I can see from a quick scan through some dates.

Nice work VA! Not sure if the folks behind the VFF username contributed, but thank you very much if so.
