The esta they did this morning via the actual site has been approved. So its just a matter of if the other site ever does it.

Will have to wait an see i guess

Sounds like the new ESTA's will supercede the old ones. Probably a good idea to take a hard copy of the latest ones with them.

Totally agree.

With the new (official) ESTA, they should be able to go to the ESTA website and enter the details. It will bring the page with the info needed and potential adjustments.
