Hi guys
I know there are many similar questions have been asked on this forum but after a long time of research I did not seems to find any similar case to ease my worries towards the Visa application.
Back in age 17 I was playing poker in Hong Kong *which is illegal in HK* and have been arrested for it. After a long time period of court process I have been charged and sentenced for a 80 hours of community service.
I have been researching on this forum and the US law official documents which found that gambling crime is not considered as a moral turpitude crime.
Just wondering if I still need to go through the waiver of ineligibility if the conviction is not a moral turpitude one?
Thank you for reading this post and if there are anyone have/had the similar situation as I do, please share your stories with me
