Hi
Had an odd experience on SQ from SIN- SYD this week - in all my years sitting in exit rows I've never encountered it so wondered if anyone could shed any light.
I was in Row 80 on the upper deck of the SQ A380. After take off and the FA had been given the signal to leave take off positions, the FA in the Row 80 jump seat stayed in her seat and kept looking out the window/ at the door and also looking at her watch. After 10 mins or so she left.
Fast forward to to descent time and she returned to the seat, took a call and stood there on the handset - she'd lean towards the door and listen to something then back to the phone. This went on for about 5 mins.
Somewhat disconcerting really especially as we'd had a long delay for mechanical reasons. Had been going to ask her but she was great at avoiding eye contact...
Anyone experienced this or got any ideas?
TIA
