Hi,

I'll be taking a series of flights around the world early next year. I'll be flying SYD-LA in premium economy and then doing a series of US domestic flights with Delta, also in premium economy. Those flights should be enough to push me over 500 status credits and upgrade to gold.

However, I obviously won't be at home to get my gold card + the booking was made when I only had silver. I've got about 10 days between the last Delta flight and the next international flight which is with Virgin Atlantic. Will that be enough time for Virgin to process everything and then get the info Virgin Atlantic to give me all the gold perks?

Cheers!

I guess it depends on how quickly everything credits to your account.
Early December I flew to Bangkok (HBA-xMEL-xSIN-BKK-xSIN-xSYD-HBA) on a SQ Ticket credited to VA and the SQ flights credited the following day with the VA flights 4 days after and a Status review on 5th day bringing me up to Silver.

So 5-6 days for your account to show correct status for me.

Perfect, that seems reasonable
