Upgrade to Platinum. Delay in SC posting.

In November I needed 150 SC to upgrade to Platinum on or before December 1. I actually ending up doing 160. But VA was slow posting SCs so they didn't appear in account till after Dec 1. Now when I log in it says I need 140SC on or before Dec 9. Do I need to contact VA to rectify this or do issues caused by delay in SCs being credited magically correct themselves in a few days or do I need to contact VA to ensure my upgrade to Platinum comes through?

The relevant date should be the earn date, not the processed date. Both are recorded in your activity statement.

If the earn date is within time, then it will all come through ok. If not for some reason, give them a ring.
