looks like VA have added functionality to upgrade DOM and short haul INTL online using points. Haven't tried it yet - may give it a whirl soon

Have been looking forward to this happening for some time now... fantastic.

A message is now being played on the phone before you get the to queue reporting the news, though the agent I spoke with wasn't aware of it. I'm sure it will cut down on calls to the GCC now too.
