If I buy a QF J ticket then upgrade to F with points do I get the original J points and SCs or do I get F points and SCs? Thanks in advance.

As per any upgrade - you get the points and SC's of the original fare bucket purchased. So J points and SC's

You get the points based on the original fare purchased ie J points and SC
