Just got an email from the Qantas Advisory Panel with a survey "helping us develop the Qantas website to make it as user friendly as possible."
Survey consisted of asking a what/where would you go to question and provided an image map of a proposed site home page to click on.
They appear to be focused on the header bar. Some of the categories on the example provided were a bit ambiguous.

The categories on the current site seem more straight forward then in the proposal presented in the survey.
