...and once again, they announce this 2 days after I have done a large points transfer of this type! I presume they don't schedule these things to annoy me personally, but they may as well be! Also, again I got the announcement by snail mail prior to the e-mail notification.

Seems to be the opposite for me - I have another block of 20,000 Citi points that I was wanting to transfer - happy days! I got the email today but no snail mail to date.

I have a coughload of points sitting in Citi that could do with a new home.
Unfortunately since QFF fenced themselves out by not being a partner unless on direct credit.... can't send the points to QFF even if I wanted to!
