Unticketed bookings after cancelling at final step

Hi all,

I was getting an error with my OWCA (15079 - 23951 - 420 error code) and the call centre were of course useless. So I tried a couple of combinations to find out which flight was causing the error, cancelling at the final payment stage.

Unfortunately I now have a bunch of unticketed "processing" partial OWCA flights in my bookings page that I don't know what to do with. Leave them there and they'll drop off? Problem is now seats I was looking at are now taken up by these phantom bookings I've made.

Anyone been in this situation?
 
Yes, once you get to the payment page a PNR is created and they will show up in My Bookings.

If you want to get rid of them immediately, you'll need to call the contact centre and have them cancel the bookings. Otherwise they will be automatically cancelled after midnight on the day they were created.
