Can someone tell me, if passengers were expected to wee into the basins, then why would you be scooping from to basin? Wouldn't that end up blocking the basin, making it even worse? Or were they trying to wash down the basin? But the drainage in the basin is often so small that even snort can't flow thru, how would Mr Hanky fit thru?
