Unexpected pricing processing error on VA

Yesterday and today while trying to do a multi city booking which includes same day connections with at least two hours at each destination between biz and economy cabins on different flights, I have been able to go through all the necessary, until it comes to payment. It starts to process then comes up with "unexpected error". Same when on phone app, desktop and wife's Apple laptop. Any thoughts? Are they just not wanting to play ball for some reason?

I am getting "unexpected errors' in different parts of the site from time to time, especially when needing to change something. It's very annoying. The App is playing up as well - takes quite a bit to load and I have a high end phone with plenty of capability.
 
Multi City is something they have never managed to nail. I had issues 15 years ago with the same issues, great to see they have fixed them.
