Not sure about the play but thinking of going just to see what the experience is like. Curious if others can provide feedback on similar events they may have gone to.[/FONT][/FONT]

If you look at the schedule for the play at this theatre its opening night is a few days later, so this must be a full dress rehearsal, which are free but by invite only. The might invite charities, clubs, organisations, staff clubs and the like, they wouldnt invite the public, because then they would get a stampede.

Its nice to get the invite, but it doesn't mean Velocity paid for it

Fortunately for the OP you are incorrect. The show opens on the 2 April, so this is an opening night invite (opening nights are usually completely comped out so VA didn't really pay as such, except through sponsorship). Should include access to a post-show function with some drinks and nibbles hopefully.

Received this Thursday afternoon. Whilst it makes sense to send it to more people than you have seats for as many won't respond, I get the feeling they invited a lot more people than they have seats.
