Hi all,
Online check-in has opened for my flight to Indonesia tomorrow, however once I checked myself and my wife in, I got this message..."We are unable to check you in. A boarding pass hasn't been issued as we need to collect a few details in person. Please see a Qantas team member at the airport."
Should I be worried? I assume I should allow (even more) time at the airport prior to my flight? I considered calling up but I don't want call centre staff to inadvertently mess up my booking.
