Still pulling together the swansong trip and now looking for things in Paris. Two questions if I may?

1. Has anyone done the Ultimate Tast Experience in Paris? Good, bad, indifferent? Any comments?

2. Mrs Ikara wants to go to Moulin Rouge. Any suggestions or tips? Is it worth doing?

Cheers
JB

1. Can you provide a link, please
2. Feedback from people I know that have been is that no, it's not worth it. If you must see that type of show, the Lido is better.

Friends whose opinion I trust did the UTE tour at Xmas and were very impressed and recommended it highly. The tour also helped them per-book food for collection Xmas eve which they then cooked in their apartment Xmas day. Was fab.

Its entertaining but was not worth it I thought when I went way back in 2003.

Not sure what it costs these days, and the AUD is much stronger now but I Reckon an aimless stroll around the Montmartre district is much more fun (and free)

Mrs Ikara would probably also enjoy a walk along Rue Moufettard in the Latin quarter...my favourite street in Paris.
