I have been a regular traveller to the US usually flying United Airlines in business. Consequently I have accrued quite a few ff points. When I last checked my balance I realised that I had "lost" a substantial number of my points. Apparently they had expired in late 2009. Does anyone know if I can get these points re-instated (and if so, how) or can I just kiss good-bye to them?
