Two Travel Insurance Policies, 1 med only , 1 credit card

Just curious about having two polices. MrTerry has health issues and always has travel insurance. This time the medical only choices were given..he also has his basic (not covering him for medical ) credit card insurance
Is that sufficient ? With the two
