I was a bit apprehensive they couldn't do the original movie justice but they took 2 years just to do season one and they will take another two years for season two.

Jumped on to view Midnight Sun, my screen only showed 4 episodes.... OK, lets binge over the next 2 nights while hubby is away. Get to end of 3rd episode to see screen has changed to now show there is 8 episodes. Silly me for not "googling" it first. May take the rest of the week to complete.

Stranger Things at the moment. Sort of 80s X-files crossed with ET, Stand by Me with Blade Runner/Terminator (1) music and other 80s icons.

We enjoyed Stranger Things as well. Liked the first season of Peaky Blinders but couldn't really get into the second one.

Just finished watching all this and really enjoyed it too. It's always good to see something with good 'set' in another country, in this case Sweden.

It's a good series! The ending is ok but a little lacking...

Netflick has released a show called 'The OA'. It is recommended to watch The OA without reading any previews.

We enjoyed The OA which is one of those series that leaves you wondering.

Just watched '3%' on Netflix - something new for us - a Brazilian sci-fi series. Very good - check it out. Subtitled here, dubbed in the US. Never watch dubbed versions of shows - the voices put you off - they never seem to get them close.

I'm finding it very frustrating - all over the place. And...I suspect there will not be a conclusion which will annoy me no end. As I have started it though it is a matter of principle to finish.

Saw some promos for season 2 of this show which looked good so checked out season 1. A little slow but still quite interesting, enough to want to watch season 2.
