Today's flight VA SYD-CNS had continued turbulance an hour prior to arrival.

Clear weather conditions but ongoing turbulance had few pax at the edge.

No. After the second announcement the captain advised to expect the turbulence to continue through to CNS. The flight level was changed a number of times.

That is a pretty decent video imbedded in the linked article - that plane had a harsh landing!!! It is remarkable the punishment the landing gear withstood.
