I could have posted this in the ubiquitous "Virgin websites are rubbish" thread, but I have a specific question / problem. Yesterday and again this morning, when I go to log into Velocity it claims that my Velocity number of password do not match. If I click on "Forgot your password?" I am asked a security question and then asked to pick a new password. Both times I have simply entered my old password and logged on fine. I then receive an email from membership@velocityfrequentflyer saying me account is now unlocked. So is this happening to anyone else, or is something going on with my account?
