Also for the SMH/Age Money section - does anyone have any tips, or can advise of any traps, when arranging your travels online...transport and accommodation, even activities...

e.g. What are the pros and cons (and pricing issues) of using 'mainstream' sites such as Qantas versus sites such as Orbitz or Expedia...who do you like to use?

Should you buy early or should you wait in the hope of a better deal? (This may differ depending on whether it's an airline ticket or a room booking...)

Good sites for research... good sites for booking...
