Please could someone do a dummy run of transferring points. I have been trying all day and it comes up with error message to try later or find Qantas. I have tried on my iMac, Macair and iPad. I’m not sure what is going on.

Thanks for your help.

Very strange. I just tried again, same problem. I’m using safari. Never had the problem before. I wonder if it’s something to do with the latest upgrade.

I have had problems with Qantas/Safari in the past, and use Chrome by default now (with Qantas site.) So I just tried with Safari and it seemed to be working the same as earlier. I entered the captcha, ticked the box and got through to confirming before backing out. How far are you getting before the error message?

I’m not sure what the problem is as I checked transferring from my account to my husband no problems. But when I try to transfer from his account to mine, I get this message ‘ ???en_AU.FamilyTransfer.errorRetrievingCustomer???. Error occurred while transferring. Please try after sometime’

I’ve tried 3 different computers and iPad.

I’m hoping someone can help me solve this problem. Thanks

Are you sure you're not trying to send your hubby a message? :D:D:D:D:D:D

Still haven’t solved the problem with his account but I managed to get the points transferred by using on line chat. They also waived the fee because I couldn’t do it on line.
