Being new to this, I have been trying to get to where I can transfer my points to Frequent Flyer. I have rung Amex and been given a temporary password, but for the life of me I cannot find which screen I'm supposed to be in. I'm just about ready to ...explode with frustration. Can someone please help me?

Once you have a user ID and password log onto Cards - My Account on the AMEX website.
Then go to Membership Rewards and you will see TRANSFER YOUR POINTS. Add QFF as a new partner (you will need to call Customer Service Centre on 1300 363 276 and register QFF account)and then transfer required points
