Transferring MR points to QFF

Does anyone know of a way to transfer Macquarie Rewards points over to Qantas Frequent Flyer or any other airline program? I have around 370K in points and I don't think they're best used at the Macquarie MyChoice travel service.
I'm not keen on keeping the platinum card so thought it'd be best to move the points before cancelling.
 
I don't believe Macquarie Rewards points can be transferred to any other program - only redeemed within their own program for various travel, experience, merchandise or gift card redemption.
