Hi everyone,

just wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to transfer Citi rewards points between family members (this is in order to use a larger volume of points for an extra agent hotel stay).

Thanks in advance!

Also, any tips on a lovely Sydney hotel stay would be very welcome - I think I've narrowed it down to The Langham, Westin, Four Seasons or the Park Hyatt (or maybe Sheraton). We'll be seeing Harry Potter at the opera house - woohoo!

Yes it is possible. Be prepared for it to take a number of calls and regular hounding. You may also have to provide a written statement from the person transferring the points. Like most Citibank processes the customer comes last!
