Yes that is a good deal.

I had the same balance transfer offer of 2.9% recently although it was for 18 months. Took full advantage of it and it does come in very handy.

They have a poor exchange rate and a high international transaction fee.

Does it mean that you need to have unused limit on your anz card or they will increase your limit authomatically?

I believe part of the terms and conditions of the offer was only process 95% of available balance for balance transfers. Not long before that and I was also offered a credit limit increase.
