Hi guys,
I was in the US last week and made a couple of cross-country trips with VA in first class (well worth the extra money incidentally!). I've logged into my Velocity account and noticed that nothing has been credited yet.
How long does it usually take for partner points and status to be processed by Virgin Aus? I'm happy to fill in a missing points form, but if there's a waiting period I'd prefer not to tie your reps up for no good reason!
